Reliable page counts
The server parses PDF, DOCX and TXT files. Browser-supplied page counts and totals are ignored.
Detection, quotes, free pre-scans and optional paid reports process documents in memory. Accounts retain billing and usage records. Documents and reports are never saved to accounts. Paid reports use draft checks; independent accuracy and legal review are incomplete.
These practices apply to early-access document checks.

Your quote identifies the files you submitted and records their page counts, selected checks, price and expiry. Changing the files requires a new quote.
File-size and processing limits help protect the service from oversized or malformed uploads. Requests are rate-limited. Operational testing and monitoring continue during early access.
Your files are read in memory for the requested task. Uploaded files, document text and reports are not saved to your account.
The self-service quote route clearly prohibits PHI, CUI, ITAR technical data, export-controlled information and BES Cyber System Information. It does not interrupt upload with a sensitivity questionnaire, and AuditReady does not independently verify sensitivity.
A regulation appearing in the research marketplace does not mean the ordinary cloud route is authorized for that data.
