Uploaded files and extracted document text are processed in memory. They are never saved to your account or a document library.

Classify the package before upload

Do not use self-service intake for PHI, CUI, ITAR technical data, export-controlled material, BES Cyber System Information, classified information, or similar restricted data.

Document processing

Files cross the encrypted connection when you request detection, a quote, a pre-scan, or a report.
The server reads files in memory to perform the requested task.
Files, filenames, extracted text, and findings are not written to the account database.
Signed quote and pre-scan tokens remain in the upload tab. Reports must be downloaded or copied before that tab closes.

To repeat a scan, upload your files again. Closing the upload tab loses its report access tokens; the account cannot recover the report. There is no saved document library.

Verified email identity and a separate account ID.
Page counts, quote IDs, pre-scan IDs, plan, and processing dates.
Payment references, amounts, refunds, and member page allowances.
Stripe handles payment details. AuditReady does not store card numbers or Apple Pay credentials.

Verified accounts manage billing and usage for optional paid reports. Report availability is shown with the pre-scan. Account metadata and payment-provider records persist for billing and support; uploaded documents do not.

Our commitments

No model training

Customer documents and extracted text will not be used to train shared AI models.

Purpose limitation

Files are used only to perform the customer-requested quote or analysis.

Minimum evidence

Reports should include only the excerpts needed to explain a finding.

Honest scope

A document review never proves that staff follow the written procedure.

Account providers

Supabase verifies your email identity. Resend delivers sign-in links and one-time codes to your email address; sign-in email link and open tracking are disabled. Uploaded documents, extracted policy text and report findings are never included in these emails. Stripe processes payment details, and Hostinger hosts the application.

Early-access requests

If early-access registration is available and you choose to join, we store your email address, consent notice version and signup date for up to 90 days. It does not include uploaded files or scan content. Contact us to withdraw your request. This is separate from account and payment records.
